Troels and Simi began their collaboration around a single recruitment. It turned out that with two different individuals, two different backgrounds, experiences, and stories – but with the same professional and ambitious approach, results could be achieved. These results include not only new hires but also successful, positive processes, happy and satisfied candidates, and new creative ideas. This is what led to the creation of PharmaPeople.
