That is, helping companies find the employees they need in terms of skills, experience, and most importantly, personality – and also helping individuals find the right workplace and the right role for them, where they can utilize their skills, experience, and personality to make a difference.

Troels and Simi began their collaboration around a single recruitment. It turned out that with two different individuals, two different backgrounds, experiences, and stories – but with the same professional and ambitious approach, results could be achieved. These results include not only new hires but also successful, positive processes, happy and satisfied candidates, and new creative ideas. This is what led to the creation of PharmaPeople.
