With PharmaPeople's leadership groups, you have the opportunity to be part of something uniquely designed for you – whether you're a new leader or still feel you have much to learn. PharmaPeople's leadership group is a combination of being a peer group and leadership training, where you meet with peers for learning, mentoring, and development. We believe that the blend of leadership theory and peer mentoring provides a great combination, which, together, fosters unique development of each leader's leadership style and personality.
As part of a PharmaPeople's leadership network, we meet 4-6 times a year – each time with an interesting and relevant input on leadership from an external inspirer, as well as plenty of opportunities to exchange experiences, knowledge, and build relationships with the other members.
