PharmaPeople's leadership group is a combination of being a peer group and leadership training, where you meet with peers for learning, mentoring, and development. We believe that the blend of leadership theory and peer mentoring provides a great combination, which, together, fosters unique development of each leader's leadership style and personality.<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;,sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;,sans-serif\">As part of a PharmaPeople's leadership network, we meet 4-6 times a year \u2013 each time with an interesting and relevant input on leadership from an external inspirer, as well as plenty of opportunities to exchange experiences, knowledge, and build relationships with the other members. <\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;,sans-serif\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p><p style=\"margin: 0cm\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt;,sans-serif\">Do you want to join? It can often be challenging to find a network group that consists of exactly what one is interested in. We can't guarantee that we can create a group to meet everyone's needs, but we're willing to give it a try. So, if you have a specific leadership theme that you would like to include in a PharmaPeople Leadership Group, let's have a conversation about how we can best get it started.<\/p><p>When you participate in a People group from PharmaPeople, you meet with your group 4-6 times a year.
